Wisteria House Plymstock joined our collection in 2017, it is designed to care for 22 people. Our home has 24 hour specialist care, it is really important to us that we make our residents and their vistors feel welcome.
We’re rated ‘Outstanding’ overall by the Care Quality Commission (assessment 13–28 Dec 2023; on-site 15 Dec 2023; report 7 Feb 2024).

Rooms & facilities
We have 20 bedrooms that are all individually decorated, two of which are twin rooms. We encourage family members to bring personal items to make our residents rooms feel more like their own.
Garden
We have a lovely large decking area off of our conservatory, it is easily accessible for our residents. We also have a vegetable garden where we grow strawberries, runner beans and tomatoes!
Communal Spaces
We have 3 communal spaces in our Plymstock Home. Each space offers different levels of stimulation for varying stages of dementia.
